ESTEVAN — A water break has forced the closure of the 800 block of 5th Street in Estevan, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Both vehicle and pedestrian traffic will be blocked until repairs are complete, the City of Estevan said in a statement.
Drivers and pedestrians are advised to avoid the area and plan alternate routes. The city thanked residents for their patience and said updates will be provided as necessary.
