Estevan Police arrest wanted man from Regina

The EPS made an arrest early Monday.

ESTEVAN - The Estevan Police Service apprehended a man who was wanted on a couple of charges in Regina.

Forty-year-old Tyler John Crabbe was wanted for aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.

In a news release, the EPS said it learned that Crabbe was possibly in Estevan for the weekend.  Through investigation, members were able to locate him at around 3 a.m. Monday morning. 

He was arrested without incident and lodged in cells to be remanded into custody later on Monday.

Regina police had issued a news release on the weekend, asking for anyone with information on Crabbe’s whereabouts to please notify them.

The responded to 50 calls for service over the weekend. Calls included driving complaints in residential areas, well-being checks on various individuals, several noise complaints and uttering threats to cause bodily harm.
