SOUTHEAST SASKATCHEWAN - The freezing drizzle advisory for southeast Saskatchewan has come to an end.
Environment Canada issued the advisory early Monday, stating that freezing drizzle would occur for parts of southwestern Manitoba and southeastern Saskatchewan Monday morning. The advisory covers the southeast corner, including Estevan, Weyburn, Carlyle and Moosomin and surrounding areas.
“A rich layer of near surface moisture, combined with a stationary frontal boundary and temperatures between -5 and -10 [C], are providing conditions favourable for freezing drizzle,” the advisory stated.
Meanwhile, the fog advisory for southern Saskatchewan has also come to an end.
