Chuckwagaon and chariot racing competitors organize their own multidenominational church service, like the cowboy church held at the Canora Ag Days on the morning of Sunday, Aug. 26.

The Dingers and Stingers team of Foam Lake won first place, beating out squads from Canora, Invermay, Wadena and The Key First Nation area.

Police were dispatched to a report of semi in the ditch at the railway tracks south of Canora on Highway 9. Officers learned the driver of the semi drove into the ditch to prevent a collision with a train crossing the highway.
