July 13th coffee row was a great deal of fun when over 20 persons attended and were treated to some delicious baking and "free" coffee by Leona Kaczur on the occasion of her birthday.

Dallas and Danya Forsberg of Regina and Sandra Forsberg from Saskatoon were recent visitors with Mary Forsberg. They attended the memorial for Rose Kopetski while here.

Congratulations to Bob and Louise Hershmiller on the arrival of a new grandson, Zavier Ben Heinzig. Zavier was born on June 22 to proud parents, Mike and Marla Heinzig of Calgary.

Laketown Leaders recently held club windup supper. Summer still includes Monday morning coffee at the Stirling Room, 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and July Noon Pot Luck is the 15th with August Noon Pot Luck scheduled for the 19th.

A big thank you to the Macnutt Light Horse 4H club for a great job that they did on their Quad Derby that was held in May. The Calder Playschool graduation was held on April 24, 2013 at the Calder Parkland Regional Library.

We are very proud to have 7 graduates in 2013 from Esterhazy Central High School that call Dubuc "home".

The Village was devastated by a fire on Tuesday at noon. The Bernier Street Hotel, that has been a mainstay of the village and it's only full time permanent business, burned to the ground.

John and Judy Talbot celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary quietly with their twins, daughter, Jeanette and Ed Boyechko, and son, James and Vivian Talbot, on Sunday afternoon in the chapel of the Esterhazy Centennial Special Care Home.

Paul & Mary Jean Hansen of Forrest, ON. visited with Arnold & Sheila Vickers and their families last Wed. Alex and Sylvia Reddy of Yorkton also joined the family for supper.

The town of Bredenbury and district along with the Bredenbury Lion's club would like to congratulate Gladi Andrew who was inducted into the Saskatchewan Lions Club Hall of Fame in Saskatoon.
