While the first two days of the coroner's inquest painted a picture of the events around Bellegarde’s death in cells, the third day focussed on policy and procedure.

Derrick Seefried was arrested by Biggar RCMP on Tuesday. His co-accused, Tami Falcon, was granted bail Wednesday in Saskatoon Provincial Court.

Nakota Pooyak from Sweetgrass First Nation was wanted for being unlawfully at large.

Vincent Roy was charged in several different incidents, including tampering with his ankle monitor after he was released on bail.

A woman was taken to hospital in Saskatoon with severe burns and a man has been charged with aggravated assault.

Police are asking anyone with any related information to contact the Saskatoon Police Service.

RCMP say there is a serious police investigation ongoing.
