WARMAN – Warman RCMP ask the public’s help locating a missing 28-year-old man. Spencer Ulrich was last seen on Elizabeth Street in Warman at about 9 a.m. on June 21.
Warman RCMP have been trying to locate Ulrich since receiving the report, checking places he is known to travel and following up on information received. Officers are now asking members of the public to report all information on his whereabouts.
Ulrich is about 5-foot-11 and 175 pounds. He has short, brown hair and green eyes. He typically wears a full beard. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, and beige sweatpants. He may be carrying a white Puma backpack.
Ulrich may have travelled to New York state but this can’t be confirmed.
