PRINCE ALBERT – Police seized weapons and arrested a 26-year-old man following a traffic stop June 27.
Prince Albert police say that just before 10 p.m., patrol officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 Block of 19 Street West as part of a Traffic Safety Act investigation. They seized a modified shotgun, ammunition, and a .22 calibre firearm.
The man was charged with possession of stolen property and several firearms related offences. He made his first appearance in Prince Albert court Wednesday.
