REGINA — Police are asking for the public’s assistance following an arson that took place early Friday morning, Feb. 9. At approximately 3:40 a.m.

Police say there may be other victims.

A Saskatoon man is recovering following a robbery that occurred early Friday morning.

Maidstone RCMP Roving Traffic Unit seized hundreds of thousands of dollars of cash, a restricted handgun, two loaded magazines, and a large amount of methamphetamine.

Canora/Sturgis RCMP were requested to check a residence on Fourth Street South in Canora for a former tenant who was believed to still be living inside after being evicted.

According to a message on the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Highway Hotline, the incident occurred near New Finland Road.

RCMP say accused did teacher practicum at Greystone Heights School and École College Park School in Saskatoon.
